The first decision you’ll need to make before you start is whether to use digital or offset printing.
Digital Printing is what most of us are used to – using a printer to apply toner directly onto the material. Digital printing is great for smaller projects where you only need a few copies of your product made. Printing in smaller quantities is more cost effective with digital printing.
Offset Printing, on the other hand, uses etched metal plates to apply ink. Since the metal plate has a higher upfront cost, offset printing works better for large scale, high-volume projects. When you need thousands of prints made, it is more economical to use offset printing.
